MSI Confirmed Intel 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S CPU will be Released in Late March

MSI official account at South Korean Danawa has just confirmed that the upcoming Intel 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S CPU will be officially released at the end of March. And currently Intel 400 series motherboards will fully support Rocket Lake-S CPUs. The official announcement for Intel Rocket Lake-S CPU could be as early as CES 2021 in next few days.

Intel Core i9-11900K CPU-Z Single Core Score at 706 (Overclocked to 5.2 GHz)

Yesterday, the CPU-Z score for Intel Core i9-11900K has been leaked online, today, according to chiphell, the CPU-Z single core score for Core i9-11900K processor is 706 when overclocked to 5.2 GHz, a slightly higher result (1.6%) from yesterday’s 695 points but also a much higher multi-threaded score of 7198, which is 10% higher than yesterday’s 6522 points.

Intel Core i9-11900K CPU-Z Benchmark Leaked (Faster than 5950X in Single-thread)

First benchmark result for Intel Core i9-11900K now already leaked online. According to leaked benchmark at CPU-Z, the Core i9-11900K allegedly scores 695.4 points in the single-threaded, which is nearly 3% faster than AMD Ryzen 9 5950X.

According to latest leaks, Intel seems to begin mass production of its 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S desktop processors as early as January. The previous date is in March. Intel will announce new Rocket Lake-S processors and Z590B560H510 at CES 2021.

MSI Has Leaked the 8-core & 16-thread Rocket Lake-S i9-11900K Processor with 4.3 GHz Clock Speed

In the today’s MSI press release, MSI accidently leaked the upcoming Intel’s 8-core & 16-thread Rocket Lake-S desktop processor. As we already know, this desktop processor is upcoming Intel Core i9-11900K. The leaked screenshot shows this processor has a 4.3 GHz clock speed, with a base clock speed at 3.4 GHz. For the first time, the upcoming Intel Rocket Lake-S Core i9-11900K desktop processor now leaked online. GPU benchmark website Ashes of the Singularity shows the Intel Core i9-11900K in a GPU benchmark result. The Core i9-11900K will be an 8-core and 16-thread processor, it will use a new Cypress Cove core architecture.

Intel Confirms 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S with Cypress Cove Cores

Intel has officially released more features and specs of upcoming 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S desktop processors. The new Rocket Lake-S will be available in the first quarter of 2021. The series will support new 500-series chipsets, but the support is also expected on existing 400-series motherboards.
