The upcoming Intel Core i5-12400 Alder Lake-S desktop processor is a 6-core and 12-thread CPU to be released on CES 2022 on January 4th. According to a recently leak by chi11eddog, the Core i5-12400 is 2% faster than Core i9-11900K flagship Rocket Lake-S desktop processor.

The upcoming 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900K will be available for pre-order on March 16th next week. And the release date is at the end of this month. Currently, full specs of Intel Core i9-11900K now leaked online, shows up to 14% faster than i9-10900K, and also faster than AMD’s Ryzen 9 5900X.
The upcoming Intel 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S desktop processors will be officially available for pre-order on March 16th next month. On that day Intel will have a product announcement for the 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S CPUs. While the release date and reviews will be available on March 30th, two weeks after announcement.
According to latest rumors on HKEPC, the upcoming Intel Rocket Lake-S desktop processors will be officially released on March 15th, 2021. This seems several weeks early than previous rumored release date. Intel has already launched 500 series motherboards (Can be pre-order here) with full support for Rocket Lake-S CPUs and PCI Gen4 for GPU and fast NVMe storage.
Intel today has officially announced the 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S desktop processors. In a screenshot obtained by Geeknetic during Intel’s CES 2021 press, it seems that Intel Core i9-11900K can beat AMD Ryzen 9 5900X in a special game called Metro Exodus. The Core i9-11900K has 8-core & 16-thread, and Ryzen 9 5900X has 12-core & 24-thread.
