VideoCardZ has leaked first images of upcoming 12th Gen Alder Lake-S desktop processors packaging. The Core i9-12900K packaging features a small wafer, possibly as a display element. It seems that none of the Core i9/i7/i5 K and KF-series CPUs launching in November will be bundled with a reference cooler.
According to recently MSI press release for free upgrade kit for Intel LGA 1700 CPUs and their Coreliquid CPU coolers. The free upgrade be available on November 4th.
