According to latest report by TrendForce, the upcoming 14th Gen Meteor Lake desktop processors could be delayed until at the end of 2023. It’s unclear why there has been yet another delay, but Intel is said to have cancelled most of its orders with TSMC for the 3 nm tGPU that Intel will have made at TSMC for 2023.

Intel today confirmed that its next-generation architecture codenamed “Meteor Lake” will have its design finished in the second quarter of 2021. Intel Meteor Lake is Intel’s first 7nm client architecture, which means it will launch for desktop and mobile users under the Intel Core series.
