AMD recently has officially announced the Ryzen 9 5950X, Ryzen 9 5900X, Ryzen 7 5800X, Ryzen 5 5600X, and all these desktop processors will be released on November 5th. According to latest rumors by harukaze5719, AMD is also rumored to announce a new Ryzen 5 5600 non-X desktop processor in 2021, and the launch price is about $220. That’s $80 cheaper than Ryzen 5 5600X.
According to latest report at Chinatimes, Intel has already reached an agreement with TSMC wherein the latter will reserve a significant chunk of its upcoming 6nm capacity for the former.
We already know that AMD Zen 3 CPUs based on TSMC’s 7nm+ process node are on track for launch likely during the second half of 2020. Recently, TSMC is already progressing nicely with its next-generation 5nm process node. So this means AMD Zen 4 CPUs are likely released in 2021.
