The specs and photos of upcoming Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake-S non-K series now leaked online. These non-K series CPU are expected to be released in Mid-January along with B660 and H610 motherboards.
The Core i9-12900 is a 16-core and 24-thread (8P+8E) CPU with a base clock speed of 2.4 GHz and a boost up to 5.1 GHz. This CPU will have a 30MB L3 Cache. A cut-down part known as Core i7-12700 will have half of the Efficient cores enabled (8P+4E) which means a total of 12-cores and 20 threads. Intel’s Core i5 lineup will include as many as three parts: i5-12600 (base clock 3.3 GHz, boost 4.8 GHz), i5-12500 (base clock 3.0 GHz, boost 4.6 GHz), and i5-12400 (base clock 2.5 GHz, boost 4.4 GHz).
