According to Sisoftware.co.uk, first engineer sample of upcoming AMD Ryzen 5000 “Cezanne” mobile APU now leaked online. It was running on a platform called “Celadon-CZN Renoir”. The graphics benchmark detected that the APU features 8 Compute Units, which mean 512 Stream Processors in total. This graphics subsystem was running at 1850 MHz, which is 100 MHz above Ryzen 9 4900H Vega clock speed (1750 MHz). The current flagship Renoir APU also had 8 CUs. The software detected that the APU was running on a laptop.
As already rumored before, AMD may skip the 4000 namings for its Vermeer desktop series. This would mean that both mobile and desktop Ryzen 5000 series would debut with Zen 3 core architecture. It would also mean that Ryzen 5000 desktop series would arrive first.
