AMD Announces Ryzen 6000 Mobile CPUs based on 6nm Zen3+ Rembrandt Silicon

VideoCardZ has leaked the screenshots of full lineup to AMD Ryzen 6000 mobile CPUs. Ryzen 6000 mobile CPUs are featured with Zen3+ architecture based on 6nm process technology finally retires Vega architecture in favor of RDNA2 with up to 12 GPU Compute Units clocked up to 2.4 GHz.

The lists featured up to Ryzen 9 6980HX with a boost clock up to 5.0 GHz and TDP at 45W+. The list of 6000 series for creators and gamers ends with Ryzen 5 6600H(S) which is a six-core part with a boost up to 4.5 GHz.

The 6000U-series on the other hand will feature only two Zen3+ SKUs: Ryzen 7 6800U and Ryzen 5 6600U with some Zen3 refresh parts joining the list of low-power AMD APU.

Next-gen Rembrandt APU brings a lot of innovations to the AMD laptop portfolio, such as USB4, PCIe Gen4, DDR5/LPDDR5, WiFi 6E, readiness for DisplayPort 2, and also AV1 media decoder.
